This part of our site allows independent agents/agencies to become part of the PPI sales force by submitting their details through the agent login section. Once submitted we will then go over their information and validate or decline their request to become an agent for PPI.

Once registered, all PPI agents will be given a choice of a referral or appointed agent agreement. Commissions/fees will then be calculated according to each development and every agent will be notified.


Option 1: Appointed Agent within PPI

You will have access to all our properties, to offer your investor database and will be in charge of completing the sale yourself by supplying PPI with the relevant completed paperwork. In exchange you will receive an agreed commission per investment, as directed by PPI.

Option 2: Referral Agent within PPI

As a referral only agent, you will be required to supply PPI with a list of all your potential investors, of whom we shall then contact on your behalf. Any information provided by you will be treated in the strictest of confidence and your name will be assigned as a reference to your investor list. An agreed referral commission is then earned, once a sale has been secured by PPI.

This section of the web site not only allows PPI agents access to property’s, it also allows us to manage and control the sales process of all our developments by being able to upload all the relevant/current information on a reservation page. Agents can then log into the back end of the web site and check or reserve a particular unit for a set amount of time. This makes it easy for PPI & it’s agents to know the exact status of each development.

This feature will also allow the developer to log in and see the sales status on his/her development, how many units are available, reserved or sold. Potential developers can see that we have access to a vast Investor Network & that their future developments would be showcased on our website.

Our agents will be able to reserve our properties online & be provided with full & current information on buying into any of our current developments. Our Website advertising and SMS communication is a huge marketing benefit to all our properties, using local & national property sites, to ensure global awareness of any developments we currently have available.
