Property Investing
Platinum Property International specializes in off plan & investment properties, all of which they believe will provide the client with the best buy. PPI does it utmost to research, view & inspect potential developments, however with any investment that you make, especially buying off plan, involves a certain deal of risk, some of which cannot be foreseen by PPI. Once a property has been purchased by the client, it then becomes their sole responsibility as the owner of the property, PPI are in no way responsible for final outcomes of these developments. PPI can not be held responsible for any development defects, securing tenants or acting as letting agents. PPI will however do the utmost to supply the client with contact details of developers, maintenance teams & letting agents, if requested, but the client must ensure to maintain all relationships with the above & resolve any issues they may have themselves, as the owner of the property.
Interior Consultation & Design
We state, that as part of the interior consultation & design service terms and conditions, provided by Trash Interiors, in association with Platinum Property International, that we shall email a full & completed interior quotation to the client/investor within 72 hours, after the interior consultation has been completed (times/dates of which will be confirmed with the client/investor for the record). All interior consultations required by said client/investor, will be done so within the first 14days, after agreement & payment have been received. Once the consultation/quotation is complete, the client/investor will then have 14 days in which to choose to go ahead with the design quotation, provided by us. If the client/investor does not respond to the consultation/quotation, their quotation records will be kept on file for a maximum of 60 days (initial quotation subject to availability), after which the client will have to take up a new consultation, if they wish to use the service again. Dependant on the size/quantity of the design quotations, estimated completion times for the project will be agreed in advance with the client & upon completion, if the property is untenanted, the client is then entitled to a 30 day grace period, in which to notify us of any problems, should there be any, after which the client is fully responsible for the upkeep/maintenance of the items supplied. We regret to inform that this grace period does not apply to tenanted properties. All completed design schemes will be photographically recorded & proofs will be sent to the client with a letter notifying completion for their records. Trash Interiors, in association with Platinum Property International provides this consultation on a no obligations term, designs & quotations provided to the client/investor, are for their reference only, all designs, layouts & quotes are copyrighted & remain the property of Trash Interiors.
Property Inspection
We state, that as part of the inspection service terms and conditions, provided by Platinum Property International, that we shall email a full & completed inspection report to the client/investor within 72 hours, after the inspection has been completed (times/dates of which will be confirmed with the client/investor for the record). All inspections required by said client/investor, will be done so within the first 14days, after payment & agreement has been received by us. The client/investor will then have 14 days in which they are to resolve any issues brought to light from the inspection report, provided by us. If the client/investor does not respond to the report, then attempts will be made to contact them verbally to confirm that the report is complete. Platinum Property International is not involved with the developer at any stage, other than if the request is made to get keys cut to the unit, by the client/investor. After completion of the inspection, the client/investor will be in sole charge to deal with any problems to be rectified within the property. Platinum Property International will only provide details on how to proceed & direct contact details to the client/investor, for contact with the developer to resolve any issues. Platinum Property International are in no way in charge or responsible for the rectification of any damages, upkeep or developers.
