We have ensured that the infrastructure (water supply, sewerage and electricity) adheres to the relevant local authority standards, with emergency electricity supply also provided for.

Access roads to residential areas will be accessible to normal vehicles, with roads in residential areas built to municipal standards. For residents who do not own 4x4 vehicles, access to secondary roads is provided by means of estate vehicles (e.g. 4x4 game viewing vehicles, horse carts, and golf carts).

Security is high on our priority list. The entire development will be enclosed by a game fence with additionally controlled security entrances. Apart from certain designated areas, the general public will not have access to the estate.

The development will be built in five phases. Each phase is planned and developed independently.
