At Platinum Property International, we’d like to take care of that stress for you, especially if you’ve bought a South African property from overseas, without easy access to the property. We will inspect the property on your behalf, in a systematic manner, following a standardised format, to ensure that nothing is left to chance.

Our “Inspection Report” will give you a detailed overview of all area’s within your unit that have been checked, photo’s of the finished product/faults for your reference, all placed on a CD for you to keep.

(You’ll also have the advantage of adding one of our optional extras to your inspection, such as a video tour of the unit & key cutting services).

If any particular part of your new unit is not up to standard, we will highlight these faults, both in written & visual format, including what your next steps are in order to rectify any problems.
